Start at the top of the sidemarker, align the vinyl there and work your way toward the bottom. You can use a wet installation if you want, however this is also not required. When you do not use a wet installation you need to be sure there is absolutely no dirt or it will get stuck in between the sidemarker and vinyl with no way out. The hair dryer or heat gun would be used to dry out the water after install. Just make sure that it is not too hot of air. Use your fingers to squeegee out the water. It is recommended you use your fingers so you do not scratch the material. The heat can be used to allow the material to stretch AND to slightly shrink it when you're not pulling it. Massage out any creases with your fingers. You may have to pull up sections and reapply if many creases begin to appear. Keep working the material until you have 100% coverage. Average time per install is 10 minutes per side. Best to allow the vehicle to remain in the sun for some time and DO NOT POWER WASH for at least 48 hours.
