Return eligibility may vary by product type, condition, manufacturer, and fulfillment source. Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used may have different eligibility than new, unused merchandise.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact Lee Mods promptly and retain the product, packaging, labels, and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
Starting a Return
Before sending anything back, contact Lee Mods through our Support or Contact page for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted by the appropriate fulfillment location.
Return windows, restocking terms, return-shipping responsibility, exclusions, and refund timing will be finalized before checkout is enabled for launch.
