Do I need clamps or hangers to install this?

Clamps and mounting hardware are not included. You'll need V-band clamps or slip clamps to connect the pipe to your existing exhaust system, and exhaust hangers or support brackets to secure it to the chassis.

Can I weld this directly, or do I need to use clamps?

Aluminum can be TIG-welded if you have the equipment and experience, but it's more brittle than steel and prone to cracking at welds under vibration and thermal stress. Slip clamps or V-bands are the safer route for strength and serviceability.

Will this handle turbo boost pressure without leaking?

This is a passive exhaust pipe — it carries exiting hot gases, not pressurized intake air. As long as connections are tight and welds (if used) are solid, it handles exhaust flow reliably. Verify your clamp torque and check seals periodically under boost.
