Note:

Lip is made specifically for JDM 12-14 front bumpers, but can be installed onto USDM 2012(no other years) front end if:
1.) The foglights have been installed(Or at least the mounting hole has been trimmed out to accept foglights.
2.) The factory lower grill on the 2012 USDM bumper is trileld on each side where it meets the painted part of the bumper.
3.) If your lower grill has been completely removed.
