Yes. The reinforcement bar sits behind the bumper fascia. You'll need to drop the cover, disconnect any wiring for sensors or fog lights, then bolt in the new bar. Standard front-end disassembly — plan on an hour or two with basic hand tools.

Will this work with my factory fog light cutouts?

This is a reinforcement bar, not a fascia. It sits underneath and doesn't interact with fog light openings. Your existing cover and light setup will bolt back on without conflict.

Can I paint this before installation?

You can, but most shops mask and paint after bolting it in place to avoid damaging the finish during handling and to ensure color match with the bumper assembly. If you do paint ahead of time, let it cure fully and wrap the mounting flanges to protect them.
