The Transit Hood Strut Kit replaces the factory prop rod with gas struts that lift and hold the hood automatically. The kit comes with two gas struts and custom brackets that keep the hood open further than the factory prop rod. It’s simple to install with basic tools, and all hardware and instructions are included.
