Fabtech FTS22199 Dirt Logic 2.5 Front Coilover Pair – 2009–2013 Ford F-150 4WD, K2184DL 4-inch Lift

Fabtech FTS22199 is a pair of front Dirt Logic 2.5 non-reservoir coilovers for the compatible Fabtech K2184DL 4-inch suspension system. Each coilover has a 2.5-inch OD stainless steel body, 2.25-inch billet aluminum piston, 7/8-inch NitroSteel black piston rod and cold-wound coil spring.

Vehicle applications

2009–2013 Ford F-150 4WD in Platinum, XL, XLT, King Ranch or Lariat trim, with the complete, compatible Fabtech K2184DL 4-inch suspension system. Does not fit Standard Cab models. For the listed trims and matched 4-inch system only; not for stock-height suspension, 2WD or an unspecified lift system.

Package

One FTS22199 package contains two front coilovers and the matching mounting hardware, isolators and misalignments. The photo shows the non-reservoir coilover pair. Other suspension components and rear shocks required for the complete lift system are separate.

Wheels and installation

Cannot use the factory wheel and tire combination. The manufacturer application notes require cutting fenderwell sheet metal when using 35-inch tires; confirm the complete suspension system's exact wheel, tire and clearance requirements before installation. Professional installation and front-end alignment are required. Follow the supplied misalignment orientation and check full steering and suspension clearance. This coilover kit does not require welding; do not weld its components. Never adjust the spring collar with the truck on the ground. Recheck nuts, bolts and wheel fasteners after 50 miles and periodically thereafter. Follow the Fabtech FT22198 instructions for FTS22199 and the complete matched 4-inch system instructions.
