Fabtech FTS22296 Offset Intrusion Beam Kit – 2019–2023 Ford Ranger SuperCrew 4WD

Fabtech FTS22296 provides four offset intrusion beams for increased tire clearance in the front wheel wells. The replacement beams use 1/4-inch-thick steel with a welded box construction.

Applications

2019–2023 Ford Ranger SuperCrew 4WD with the complete K2323DL 3.5-inch Fabtech system. The matched system lists 33/12.50R18 tires with 18×9 wheels or 33/12.50R20 tires with 20×9 wheels, both with 5-inch backspacing and minor trimming. Verify the complete system, wheel and tire clearance for the vehicle.

Quantity 1 purchases one four-beam kit: two FT30882 front intrusion beams, two FT30884 rear intrusion beams and the FT30889 hardware kit. Both the front and rear beam pairs install inside the front wheel wells. Hardware includes four 1/2-13 × 4-inch bolts, four 1/2-13 × 3-1/2-inch bolts, sixteen washers, eight nuts and thread-locking compound. Suspension components and shocks are sold separately.

Installation

Professional installation requires cutting, drilling and inner-liner trimming. The manufacturer instructions call for cutting the factory beam sections and welded nuts, enlarging the mounting holes and retaining the specified internal beam portions. Review the full procedure before purchase. Check steering and tire clearance, and recheck fastener torque after 50 miles and periodically thereafter.
