Verified application

2015-2016 Ford F-150 4WD, extended or crew cab, with the complete Fabtech K2203DL 6-inch Performance system using FTS22181 and FTS22180 component boxes and the FTS22186 front coilover assembly. The current system specifies two FTS810292 rear shocks. Excludes standard cab and Raptor models. OEM wheels and tires cannot be used with this suspension system. Confirm the installed system and original shock part numbers before ordering.

Package and installation

One FTS810292 shock with FT86001 hardware and bushing kit, instructions and sticker, as listed in FT810292i. Two individual shocks are required for the matched rear axle application; the second shock and suspension system are separate. Eye mounting at both ends.

Follow FT810292i and the installed system instructions. Fit the supplied bushing kit, attach the upper cap first and the rod end second, and follow the specified urethane bushing compression.

Professional installation is recommended. Follow the instructions supplied for the exact shock and installed suspension system. Verify the bushings, mounting hardware and clearance through full suspension travel. Recheck the system after 50 miles and periodically thereafter. Dirt Logic shocks are pressurized serviceable units; keep them clean with a pH-balanced cleaner and arrange periodic professional servicing. Do not remove the nitrogen tamper cap.
