Fabtech FTS811222 Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir rear replacement shock. Sold individually.

Verified application

Replacement for the original FTS811222 rear shock in an installed Fabtech K7048DL 6-inch Performance system on a 2016 Toyota Tacoma 6-lug, 2WD or 4WD, with the 2.7L four-cylinder or 3.5L V6 engine. The matched complete system specifies FTS26065 and FTS26066 component boxes, FTS26078 front Dirt Logic 2.5 coilovers and two FTS811222 rear shocks.

The matched system excludes standard cab, Baja Series and TRD Pro models. Compatible aftermarket wheels of at least 17 inches and aftermarket tires are required; OEM wheels and tires cannot be used. The complete system uses rear blocks and add-a-leafs and requires welding during initial system installation. The FT26065 instructions specify installing Dirt Logic rear shocks without the Fabtech rear shock extensions.

Confirm the installed complete system and original shock part number before ordering. This listing supplies a replacement shock for that installed configuration.

One new shock, sold individually. The matched system specifies two individual shocks for this axle. The second shock, front coilovers and complete suspension system are separate.

Upper stem and lower eye mounting. Use the correct Dirt Logic mounting hardware and bushings for the installed system.

Professional installation is recommended. Follow the instructions for the exact shock and complete installed Fabtech system. Verify mounting hardware and clearance through full suspension travel. Recheck fasteners after 50 miles and periodically thereafter.
