Fabtech FTS811562 Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir rear replacement shock. Sold individually.

Verified application

Replacement for the original FTS811562 rear shock in an installed Fabtech K1159DL 6-inch RTS suspension system on a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD or GMC Sierra 2500HD with 4WD and the 6.6L V8 diesel engine. Standard cab models are excluded. The complete matched system specifies FTS21277, FTS21278 and FTS21279 component boxes, two FTS811552 front non-reservoir shocks and two FTS811562 rear non-reservoir shocks.

Confirm the installed complete system and original rear shock number before ordering. The matched system requires compatible aftermarket wheels and tires; OEM wheels and tires cannot be used. Vehicles with a two-piece rear driveshaft require the FTS21292 provision specified by Fabtech. This listing does not supply that separate component.

The complete 2500HD system uses its specified 3-inch replacement rear blocks, U-bolts, rear bump-stop brackets and brake-line bracket. The 6-inch system designation does not mean 6 inches of rear lift. This listing supplies the original replacement rear shock for the installed configuration.

  • Non-reservoir Dirt Logic 2.25 construction, with eye mounting at both ends.

Package

One new shock, sold individually. The matched system specifies two individual rear shocks. The second shock, front shocks and complete suspension system are separate.

The primary manufacturer photo shows the selected FTS811562. The retained secondary image is illustrative of the Dirt Logic family and does not show this exact configuration.

Professional installation is recommended. Follow the instructions for the exact Dirt Logic shock and installed complete system. Use the correct mounting hardware and bushings, and verify clearance through full suspension travel. Recheck fasteners after 50 miles and periodically thereafter.
