Fabtech FTS835012 Dirt Logic 4.0 piggyback-reservoir front replacement coilover.

Verified application

Replacement for an original FTS835012 front coilover in a previously installed Fabtech K2141DL 8-inch 4-Link system with FTS22143 coilover conversion on a 2011-2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD. Vehicles with digital climate control are excluded from this listing.

The matched system specifies FTS22140, FTS22143 and FTS22080BK component boxes, two individual FTS835012 front coilovers, FTS22104 rear block and add-a-leaf kit, and two FTS810052 rear non-reservoir shocks.

The correct Fabtech conversion hoops, lower mounts, bearing adapters and limit straps must already be installed. This coilover does not fit the original factory coil-spring and shock arrangement. For gasoline engines, front driveshaft modification may be required for exhaust clearance; Fabtech does not recommend modifying the exhaust or catalytic converters.

Confirm the original shock part number and installed complete system before ordering. The system lift designation identifies the matched suspension configuration; this single coilover does not create that lift by itself.

Package

One new FTS835012 front coilover, sold individually. The matched configuration uses two individual front coilovers; the second coilover, vehicle conversion brackets, rear shocks and complete suspension system are separate.

Professional installation is recommended. Follow the instructions for the exact coilover and installed system. Verify bearing adapters, mounting hardware and clearance through full suspension travel. Keep the factory spring preload and do not remove the coil. Keep the shock clean with a pH-balanced cleaner and arrange service when needed.
