Vehicle application
For 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 pickups, 2WD or 4WD, originally equipped with factory forged-silver aluminum or stamped-black steel upper control arms. Excludes factory forged-steel suspension, all-wheel drive, factory AutoRide and standard-cab trucks. Visually identify the factory suspension before ordering.
Package
Includes one FTS21137 Component Box 1 and one FTS21139 Component Box 2 for aluminum/stamped-steel suspension. Together these provide the front and rear crossmembers, two crossmember support tubes, driver and passenger steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets and skid plate, two rear add-a-leaves, two 5-inch rear blocks, four U-bolts, rear bump-stop spacers, CV spacers, outer tie-rod ends, brackets and installation hardware.
Also includes one FTS21196 front Dirt Logic 2.5 coilover package (two front assemblies) and two FTS810562 rear Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir shocks. These front coilovers replace the factory front assemblies. The Basic system coilover spacer package is not included.
Wheels and installation
Aftermarket wheels are required; factory wheels and tires cannot be used. Fabtech lists 35/12.50R17 tires on 17x8 wheels, 325/65R18 on 18x9 wheels, or 35/12.50R20 on 20x9 wheels, each with 5-inch backspacing and minor trimming. Wheels and tires are not included; confirm clearance on the exact vehicle.
The instructions note that some vehicles may develop front driveline vibration in 4WD and require an additional FTS21192 CV driveshaft kit, sold separately. Do not operate the vehicle in 4WD on hard surfaces.
