One complete Fabtech K1123M 4-inch suspension lift system with four shock absorbers.

Vehicle application

For 2011-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD and GMC Sierra 3500HD pickups, 4WD, extended or crew cab only. Excludes 2500HD, 2WD, standard-cab trucks, GMC AT4 and Chevrolet Trail Boss models. This listing covers the stated 3500HD application only.

Package

Includes one FTS21230 Component Box 1, one FTS21231 Component Box 2 and one FTS21245 Component Box 3 for 3500HD. These provide front and rear crossmembers, driver and passenger steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets and skid plate, two torsion-bar drop brackets, two 2-inch rear blocks, four rear U-bolts, outer tie-rod ends, upper shock mounts, bump-stop and sway-bar mounts, brackets and installation hardware.

Includes two FTS6338 front Stealth monotube shocks and two FTS6019 rear Stealth monotube shocks. Four shock absorbers are included in total. The factory torsion bars are reused; replacement lower control arms and front coilover assemblies are not included.

Wheels and installation

Aftermarket wheels of 18 inches or larger are required. Fabtech lists 35/13.50R18 tires on 18x9 wheels or 35/13.50R20 on 20x9 wheels, each with 5.75-inch backspacing and minor trimming. Wheels and tires are not included; confirm clearance on the exact vehicle.

Professional installation and alignment are required. Read the Fabtech FT21230 instructions and the specific K1123M 3500HD package list before ordering and installation.
