Vehicle fitment

2020-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD and GMC Sierra 3500HD pickups with 6.6L diesel engines, 4WD. Does not fit standard/regular cab, GMC AT4 or Chevrolet Trail Boss models. This listing covers 3500HD only; 2500HD requires a different component box. Gas and flex-fuel applications are not included in this listing.

Included package

One complete vehicle kit: one FTS21277 component box 1, one FTS21278 component box 2 and one FTS21280 3500HD component box 3. Includes front and rear lower-control-arm crossmembers, extended steering knuckles, outer tie rods, front differential relocation brackets and skid plate, CV axle spacers, RTS torsion-bar brackets, bump-stop and sway-bar mounting brackets, bushings and installation hardware. Factory torsion bars remain in their original frame location. Two FTBK4 4-inch rear blocks replace the factory rear blocks; four FT753U U-bolts secure the rear assembly. Rear block height is 4 inches; the system provides 6 inches of suspension lift.

Includes one FTS801552D driver-side front and one FTS801552P passenger-side front Dirt Logic 2.25 remote-reservoir shock, plus two FTS811562 rear Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir shocks: four shock assemblies in total, with two front remote reservoirs only. Rear shocks do not have remote reservoirs. Factory torsion bars are retained; replacement coilovers and optional Uniball upper control arms are not included.

Installation and wheel requirements

Vehicles equipped with a two-piece rear driveshaft require FTS21292, sold separately. Professional installation and alignment are required. Follow the complete manufacturer instructions; drilling and installation work are required. OEM wheels and tires cannot be used. Manufacturer recommendations: 37/12.50R18 on 18x9, 37/12.50R20 on 20x9, or 37/12.50R22 on 22x9 wheels, each with 5-3/4-inch backspacing and minor trimming. Wheels and tires are not included.
