Fabtech K1173DL is a complete suspension lift kit with front Dirt Logic 2.5 non-reservoir coilovers and rear Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir shocks.

Verified application

2020-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 diesel 4WD models, crew cab short bed only. The system adds 4 inches above the factory 2-inch lift, resulting in the approximate suspension height of a standard GM 1500 with a 6-inch system. Does not fit adaptive ride control, composite rear leaf springs, or vehicles equipped with Super Cruise. Does not fit 2019 Silverado LD or Sierra Limited models. OEM wheels and tires cannot be used.

Package contents

One complete kit: one FTS21250 component box 1, one FTS21251 component box 2, one FTS21284 front Dirt Logic 2.5 non-reservoir coilover package and two FTS811462 rear Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir shocks. The complete kit has four shock assemblies in total: two front coilovers and two rear shocks. The front and rear shocks are non-reservoir units.

The core boxes include front and rear crossmembers, driver/passenger steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets, differential skid plate, sway-bar brackets, two outer tie-rod ends, rear bump-stop spacers, rear brake-line brackets, axle spacers and associated hardware. Two FTBK5 5-inch rear blocks replace the factory 2-inch blocks, with four FT1500U-3 U-bolts. The kit uses replacement front coilovers; the separate basic-kit factory-shock extension boxes and optional upper control arms are not included.

Wheels and installation

Manufacturer tire guidelines: 35/12.50R18 or 295/70R18 on 18x9 wheels, or 35/12.50R20 or 295/65R20 on 20x9 wheels; 5-inch backspacing and minor trimming required. Wheels and tires are not included. Professional installation and alignment are required. Cutting/modification is required; follow the complete manufacturer instructions for the exact vehicle and kit.
