Fabtech K1200M is a complete 4-inch suspension lift kit for 2020-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD 4WD vehicles in their stock suspension configuration.
Application and wheel requirements
- Does not fit standard cab models.
- Factory wheel-and-tire combinations cannot be used.
- Manufacturer wheel guidance: 35/12.50 tires on 18x9, 20x9 or 22x9 wheels with 5.75-inch backspacing, with minor trimming. Verify clearance on the actual vehicle.
Package contents
- One complete kit consists of one FTS21294 component box, one FTS21295 component box and one FTS21296 component box.
- Includes two FTS6338 front Stealth monotube shocks and two FTS6019 rear Stealth monotube shocks. Four shock assemblies are included in total.
- Includes two FTBK21 two-inch rear blocks and four FT755U 14-inch U-bolts. The rear blocks replace the factory blocks.
- Core suspension components include front and rear crossmembers, driver and passenger steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets and skid plate, two outer tie rods, axle spacers, sway-bar and bump-stop brackets, torsion-bar crossmember drop brackets, two upper shock plates, lower shock relocation mounts and installation hardware.
- The existing torsion bars and torsion keys are reused; this is not a coilover conversion.
Installation
Professional installation and alignment are required. Installation involves cutting, grinding and drilling, including frame and differential modifications, lower-control-arm and shock-mount work, torsion-bar crossmember relocation and rear block/axle-pad preparation. Torsion bars must be handled with the proper tool. Follow the complete manufacturer instructions and the supplied shock instructions, including reservoir mounting where applicable. Check steering, brake/ABS-line and tire clearance; follow the manufacturer re-torque and maintenance schedule.
