Fabtech K20601 6-Inch Basic Lift - 2005-2006 F250 2WD V8 gasoline - Performance

Fabtech K20601 is a complete 6-inch Basic suspension lift system for 2005-2006 Ford F250 Super Duty 2WD trucks with a V8 gasoline engine and the factory I-beam/radius-arm suspension.

Package contents

• One FTS22056BK component box 1, one FTS22098BK engine-specific component box 2 and one FTS22057 rear kit.
• Two front lift coil springs, I-beam and radius-arm relocation brackets, drop pitman arm, sway-bar and bump-stop drops, steering-stabilizer and brake-line relocation components, and installation hardware.
• Two FTS7236 front Performance shocks and two FTS7333 rear Performance shocks. Four shock assemblies are included in total.
• The rear kit contains two FTBK3 three-inch lift blocks, four FT744U U-bolts, one FT58H hardware kit and one FTS419 shim kit.
• The factory I-beams and radius arms are retained. This is not a coilover conversion.

Application and wheels

The verified application is limited to the engine configuration and model years listed above, without the optional overload leaf. Vehicles with the optional overload leaf require confirmation of U-bolt length before installation.

Manufacturer wheel guidance: 315/70R17 tires on 17x8 wheels with 4.625-inch backspacing, or 35/13.50R20 tires on 20x9 wheels with 5-inch backspacing, with minor trimming. Check clearance on the actual vehicle.

Installation

Professional installation and alignment are required. Installation involves drilling the frame, I-beam and radius-arm bracket mounting areas, cutting/removing factory rivets, coil-spring handling and steering, brake-line and ABS-line relocation. Follow the complete manufacturer instructions, verify steering and brake-line clearance, and follow the specified re-torque and maintenance schedule.
