Fabtech K2122 is a complete 8-inch Basic suspension lift system with Performance shocks for 2008-2015 Ford F250 Super Duty 4WD diesel models with the factory rear overload leaf.

Package contents

• One FTS22025BK coil box with two front lift coil springs.
• One FTS22138 component box with radius-arm drop brackets, track-bar relocation bracket and support, drop pitman arm, sway-bar and bump-stop drops, brake/ABS and steering-stabilizer relocation hardware.
• One FTS22105 rear block and add-a-leaf kit: two FTBK5 five-inch lift blocks, four FT749U U-bolts, two FT30275 add-a-leaves, one FT30316 hardware assembly, two FT30284 leaf-spring spacers, one FTS419 shim kit and two rear sway-bar brackets.
• Two FTS7189 front Performance shocks and two FTS7266 rear Performance shocks. Four shock assemblies are included in total.
• The factory radius arms are retained. This is not a coilover conversion.

Application and installation

Diesel engines only. For trucks with the factory rear overload leaf and without a factory rear sway bar. Confirm this configuration before ordering.

The factory rear overload leaf is retained in this configuration.

The manufacturer eight-inch system configuration retains the factory rear blocks with the supplied five-inch blocks and add-a-leaves. Follow the linked manufacturer instructions for the exact vehicle configuration and component placement.

Manufacturer wheel guidance, with minor trimming: 355/65R18 tires on 18x9.5 wheels with 4.75-inch backspacing; or 37/13.50R20 tires on 20x10 wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing. Check clearance on the actual vehicle.

Professional installation and alignment are required. Work includes frame and radius-arm drilling, bump-stop cup trimming and possible shock-tab cutting, coil-spring handling, leaf-pack clamping and center-pin work, upper leaf-plate drilling where specified, and brake-line, ABS and 4WD vacuum-line relocation. Follow the manufacturer clearance, re-torque and maintenance requirements.
