Fabtech K2135DL Front 4.0 Coilover Conversion - 2012 F250 4WD 6.7L Diesel - Existing 6-Inch Fabtech Radius Arm or 4-Link System

Fabtech K2135DL converts the front suspension of a 2012 Ford F250 Super Duty 4WD with the 6.7L diesel engine and an existing compatible Fabtech 6-inch Radius Arm or 4-Link suspension system to Dirt Logic 4.0 piggyback-reservoir coilovers.

Package contents

• Two individual FTS835002 front Dirt Logic 4.0 coilover assemblies with piggyback reservoirs: one for each front corner.
• One FTS22143 hoop and mount kit with driver and passenger upper hoops, two lower mounts, two axle sway-bar extensions, two 14-inch limit straps with brackets, ABS bracket and mounting hardware.
• This is a front conversion package. The required Radius Arm or 4-Link base suspension system, rear lift components and rear shocks are not included.
• Hydraulic bump stops and the FTS89905 spanner wrench are not included.

Compatibility and installation

Use only with the matching 6-inch Fabtech Radius Arm or 4-Link base system on the configuration listed above. It does not work with Leveling or Basic systems and is not a complete lift for a stock truck. This listing excludes vehicles fitted with the FTS52002 dual-shock conversion.

Professional installation and alignment are required. Work includes removing the factory coil buckets and rivets, drilling the frame, trimming the inner fender wells, checking A/C-line clearance, relocating brake/ABS lines and checking 4WD vacuum-line routing. Follow the manufacturer instructions for the exact suspension height, limit-strap configuration, clearances, re-torque and maintenance requirements. Do not loosen pressurized reservoir components or remove factory-preloaded coil springs.
