Fabtech K2137DL 6-Inch Radius Arm Lift with 4.0 Coilovers - 2012 F250 4WD 6.7L Diesel - Without Factory Overload

Fabtech K2137DL is a complete 6-inch Radius Arm suspension lift with front Dirt Logic 4.0 coilovers and rear Dirt Logic shocks for a 2012 Ford F250 Super Duty 4WD with the 6.7L diesel engine, without the factory rear overload leaf or a factory rear sway bar.

Package contents

• One FTS22139 component box with two replacement radius arms, track-bar relocation bracket and support, drop pitman arm, sway-bar, brake/ABS and steering-stabilizer relocation hardware.
• One FTS22143 hoop and mount kit with driver and passenger upper hoops, two lower mounts, two axle sway-bar extensions, two 14-inch limit straps with brackets, ABS bracket and mounting hardware.
• Two individual FTS835002 front Dirt Logic 4.0 coilover assemblies with piggyback reservoirs and two FTS810052 rear Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir shocks. Four shock assemblies are included in total.
• One FTS22101 rear block kit with two FTBK5 five-inch blocks, four FT742U U-bolts, one FT30523 hardware assembly and one FTS419 shim kit.
• The supplied radius arms and coilovers replace the factory radius arms and front coil springs. The factory rear leaf springs are retained. For this six-inch configuration, retain the factory rear blocks above the supplied five-inch blocks.
• Hydraulic bump stops and the FTS89905 spanner wrench are not included.

Application and installation

For the listed 2012 F250 4WD 6.7L diesel configuration without the factory rear overload leaf and without a factory rear sway bar. This listing excludes vehicles fitted with the FTS52002 dual-shock conversion.

Manufacturer wheel guidance, with minor trimming: 315/70R17 tires on 17x8 wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing; 325/65R18 tires on 18x9.5 wheels with 4.75-inch backspacing; or 35/12.50R20 tires on 20x10 wheels with 5-inch backspacing. Check clearance on the actual vehicle.

Professional installation and alignment are required. Work includes removing the factory coil buckets and rivets, drilling the frame, trimming the inner fender wells, checking A/C-line clearance, relocating brake/ABS lines and checking 4WD vacuum-line routing. Follow the manufacturer instructions for the exact suspension height, limit-strap configuration, clearances, re-torque and maintenance requirements. Do not loosen pressurized reservoir components or remove factory-preloaded coil springs.
