Fabtech K2162DL 10-Inch Front Coilover Conversion - 2011 F250 4WD 6.7L - Dirt Logic 4.0

Fabtech K2162DL converts the front suspension of a 2011 Ford F250 Super Duty 4WD with the 6.7L engine that already has a matching Fabtech 10-inch Radius Arm or 10-inch 4-Link suspension system. This front conversion requires that existing suspension system; it does not provide the base lift or rear suspension.

• One FTS22146 component box with driver/passenger FT30513BK and FT30280BK upper coilover hoops, FT30266BK and FT30267BK lower mounts, one FT30191 hardware kit, two FT30456 axle sway-bar relocation brackets, and one FT30458 hardware subassembly.
• The subassembly includes two FT30192BK limit straps, two FT30197 upper and two FT30270 lower strap brackets, mounting sleeves and nut tabs, FT30451 hardware, and the FT30514 ABS bracket.
• Two FTS835012 front Dirt Logic 4.0 piggyback-reservoir coilover shock assemblies are included separately from the component box.
• Rear shocks, the existing 10-inch base suspension, optional hydraulic bump stops and the FTS89905 spanner wrench are not included.

Application and installation

For the listed 2011 F250 4WD 6.7L application with the matching existing Fabtech 10-inch Radius Arm or 10-inch 4-Link system. Not for a stock, Leveling or Basic suspension, a 6-inch or 8-inch base system, or a vehicle equipped with the FTS52002 dual-shock conversion.

Professional installation is required. Installation removes the factory coil buckets and rivets, requires drilling the frame and trimming the inner fender wells, and requires checking A/C, brake, ABS, wiring and 4WD vacuum-line clearances. Follow the manufacturer instructions for the exact 10-inch system, including its illustration of the 10-inch limit-strap bracket arrangement. Confirm any instruction ambiguity with the manufacturer before installation. Follow the manufacturer requirements for alignment, re-torque, inspection and maintenance.
