Fabtech K2203DL is a 6-inch Performance suspension lift for a 2016 Ford F150 XLT 4WD. Excludes Standard Cab and Raptor models.

• One FTS22181 Performance component box with an FT30377BK skid plate, two FT30378 upper differential brackets, FT30645 center differential mount, FT30602 hardware subassembly, FT30603 hardware and one driver/one passenger steering knuckle. The manufacturer lists FT30601D/P or FT30600D/P knuckle versions for this system. This Performance box does not use the Basic system front coilover spacers.
• One FTS22180 component box with driver FT30591 and passenger FT30590 sway-bar drop brackets, FT30644BK front and FT30673BK rear crossmembers, four FT737U U-bolts and two FTBK52 rear blocks with bump-stop extensions.
• The FT30602 subassembly includes two FT20277 outer tie-rod ends, two FT292 alignment cam kits, two FT70032 front brake-line brackets, one FT70033 rear brake-line bracket, four FT30604 lower bar-pin spacers, FT30646BK rear differential plate, bushings, sleeve, FT30608 driveshaft spacer and FT30610 hose.
• One pair of FTS22186 front Dirt Logic 2.5 coilovers with remote reservoirs and front coil springs. Reservoir mounts and installation hardware are included.
• Two FTS810292 rear Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir shocks. There are four shock assemblies in total: two front coilovers and two rear shocks.

Application and installation

Use only on the listed 2016 F150 XLT 4WD configuration. Does not fit Standard Cab or Raptor models. OEM wheels and tires cannot be used. Do not combine with another lift device.

Manufacturer wheel guidance: 35/13.50R18 tires on 18x9 wheels or 35/13.50R20 tires on 20x9 wheels, with 5-inch backspacing and trimming. Check clearance on the actual vehicle.

Professional installation and alignment are required. Installation includes control-arm-pocket and frame cutting, differential relocation, tie-rod trimming and servicing the integrated wheel-end vacuum system. Mount the remote reservoirs and check reservoir hoses, brake lines, ABS wiring, steering and tire clearances throughout suspension travel. Follow the exact manufacturer instructions for installation, inspection and maintenance.
