Fabtech K2253 is a 4-inch Radius Arm suspension system for a 2017 Ford F250 Super Duty 4WD with the gasoline engine. For standard suspension configurations only. Excludes diesel engines, dual rear wheels and factory lift packages. Do not combine with another lift device.

Package contents

  • One FTS22249 gas coil box containing two FT30731 4-inch front coil springs.
  • One FTS22215 component box with one FT31117 driver-side and one FT31118 passenger-side radius arm replacing the factory arms, bushings, sleeves, alignment cams, pitman arm, track-bar bracket, bump-stop extensions, sway-bar drops, brake-line tabs and steering-stabilizer hardware.
  • One FTS22214 rear box: two FTBK41 4-inch blocks, four FT728U U-bolts and FT58H hardware. The factory rear blocks are removed.
  • Two FTS7236 front and two FTS7266 rear Performance twin-tube shocks. Four shock assemblies are included in total.

Installation and photos

Professional installation and alignment are required, including loaded coil-spring handling, frame and bump-stop cup drilling, and brake-line and ABS-wire relocation. Check steering, hoses, wiring and tire clearance through full travel. Oversized tires require fender, bumper or valance trimming and some vehicles may need a separately ordered dual steering stabilizer.
