Fabtech K2385DL 4-Inch Uniball UCA Lift - 2021 Bronco 4-Door 4WD 2.3L - Factory non-Bilstein Models

Fabtech K2385DL is a 4-inch Uniball upper-control-arm lift for a 2021 Ford Bronco four-door 4WD with the 2.3L four-cylinder engine originally equipped with factory non-Bilstein shocks. Excludes vehicles equipped with HOSS 3.0.

Package contents

One system includes one FTS22336 upper-control-arm component box, one FTS22338 rear lower-link component box, one FTS22340 front reservoir coilover kit and one FTS22341 rear reservoir coilover kit.

The front kit contains one FT82074D driver and one FT82074P passenger Dirt Logic 2.5 reservoir coilover. The rear kit contains one FT82075D driver and one FT82075P passenger Dirt Logic 2.5 reservoir coilover. Four new coilover assemblies are included in total, with reservoir mounts and hardware.

The rear lower-link kit contains two FT30975 adjustable lower link arms with bushings, misalignments, sleeves and hardware for the Bronco rear axle. Shock spacers and a track-bar relocation bracket are not included.

The upper-control-arm box contains one FT30972 driver arm and one FT30973 passenger arm with 1-inch uniball bearings, FT94535 adapter pins, misalignment spacers, bushings, sleeves and hardware. The factory steering knuckles are retained. The uniball connections replace the factory upper ball-joint connections; replacement ball joints are not included.

Installation

The front reservoir mounts require pre-drilling the frame and installing the supplied self-tapping mounting bolts. Rear lower-link installation requires cutting off the passenger-side frame-mount bolt head and using the supplied replacement M16 bolt. Maintain reservoir-hose clearance throughout suspension movement.

Professional installation, alignment, headlight adjustment and full steering, brake-hose, ABS-wire, suspension and tire-clearance checks are required. Oversized tires may require bumper or valance trimming. Recheck fasteners after 50 miles and periodically thereafter. Follow the complete manufacturer instructions.
