One Black FlatLink E Expert folding winch shackle mount with EPDM rubber guards. Its pear-shaped opening accepts the pin or bow end of common 3/4-inch screw-pin shackles.

  • SKU: 00080-04. Machined 6061 aluminum with Black Type II anodized finish.
  • Maximum load: 16,000 lb. Ultimate breaking strength is not a working load rating.
  • Fits steel or synthetic winch lines up to 3/8 inch. The rope eye is retained by a 5/8-inch titanium double-shear pin and internal snap ring; no rope splicing required.
  • Folds to less than 1.75 inches thick and stows against compatible roller or hawse fairleads.

Expert rigging requires monitoring shackle orientation, including during slack: the large opening permits shackle rotation and dangerous side loading. Keep forces in line and follow the engraved warnings. Winch, line, fairlead and shackle are sold separately.
