Factor 55 FlatLink E Expert 00080-05 Folding Winch Shackle Mount, Silver

EXPERT USE WARNING: The FlatLink E opening permits a shackle to shift and rotate into a dangerous side-loading condition, especially during momentary slack. The operator must monitor shackle orientation and keep forces in line. Do not side-load the shackle. Factor 55 recommends the standard FlatLink for recreational off-road users.

Factor 55 FlatLink E Expert 00080-05 is the silver folding winch line shackle mount, machined from 6000-series aluminum with protective EPDM rubber guards.

Compatibility and rating

• For steel cable or synthetic winch rope up to 3/8 inch in diameter. The rope eye is retained by a 5/8-inch titanium double-shear pin and internal snap ring; no splicing is required.
• The large pear-shaped opening accepts the pin or bow end of common 3/4-inch screw-pin shackles and compatible soft shackles up to 3/4 inch. Confirm dimensions, orientation and ratings before use.
• Manufacturer stated maximum load rating: 16,000 lb. This is distinct from the manufacturer's ultimate failure test value; the complete setup must remain within every component's rating.
• Folds to less than 1.75 inches thick. Check clearance with the actual fairlead, bumper and mounting equipment.
