Factor 55 00080-14 is the OD Green FlatLink E Expert folding shackle mount for synthetic or steel winch lines up to 3/8 inch in diameter. The pear-shaped opening accepts the pin or bow of compatible 3/4-inch screw-pin shackles and soft shackles up to 3/4 inch.
- Maximum load: 16,000 lb.
- Ultimate failure strength: over 40,000 lb; this is not the working load limit.
- Machined 6000-series aluminum with a 5/8-inch titanium retention pin.
- EPDM rubber fairlead guards; folds to a profile under 1.75 inches.
The larger E opening permits a shackle to rotate into a side-loaded position, including during momentary slack. Monitor shackle alignment throughout use. The manufacturer recommends the standard FlatLink for recreational off-road users who do not need the E opening’s additional attachment options.
Check rope-eye and fairlead dimensions before installation. Package: one OD Green FlatLink E assembly with retention pin, snap ring and rubber guards. Shackle, winch and line are not included.
