Fabtech FTS811042 Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir rear replacement shock. Sold individually.

Verified application

Replacement for the original FTS811042 rear shock in an installed Fabtech K3180DL 5-inch Radius Arm system with replacement coil springs on a 2019-2022 Ram 2500 4WD with the 6.7L diesel engine. The complete matched system specifies FTS23216 and FTS23217 component boxes, two FTS801032 front reservoir shocks and two FTS811042 rear non-reservoir shocks. Confirm the installed system, coil configuration and original rear shock part number before ordering.

Standard cab, gasoline engine, factory air suspension and Power Wagon models are excluded. The complete matched system uses its specified radius arms, replacement front and rear coils, track-bar brackets, bump stops and sway-bar links.

  • 7/8-inch NitroSteel piston rod and polyurethane mounting ends.
  • Non-reservoir Dirt Logic 2.25 construction.

Package

One shock, sold individually. The matched system specifies two individual shocks for this axle. The second shock and complete suspension system are separate.

Eye and stem mounting. Use the correct Dirt Logic mounting hardware and bushings for the installed system.

The primary manufacturer photo shows the eye-and-stem configuration. The retained secondary eye-to-eye image is illustrative of the Dirt Logic family and does not show the mounting configuration of FTS811042.

Professional installation is recommended. Follow the instructions for the exact Dirt Logic shock and installed complete Fabtech suspension system. Verify the mounting hardware, bushings and clearance through full suspension travel. Recheck fasteners after 50 miles and periodically thereafter.
