Fabtech K1200 4-Inch Lift Kit with Performance Shocks - 2020-2024 GM 2500HD 4WD

Fabtech K1200 is a complete 4-inch suspension lift kit with four Performance twin-tube hydraulic shocks for the listed GM 2500HD trucks.

Verified application

2020-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD 4WD in the stock suspension configuration. Does not fit standard cab models. Factory wheel-and-tire combinations cannot be used.

Package contents

One complete kit contains one FTS21294 component Box 1, one FTS21295 component Box 2, one FTS21296 component Box 3, two FTS7338 front Performance shocks and two FTS7299 rear Performance shocks. Four shock assemblies are included in total.

The core boxes contain front and rear crossmembers, driver and passenger steering knuckles, two outer tie rods, differential relocation components and skid plate, axle spacers, torsion-bar crossmember drop brackets, shock and bump-stop mounts, two upper shock plates, sway-bar mounting components, two FTBK21 two-inch rear blocks, four FT755U 14-inch U-bolts, brake-line brackets and associated hardware. The existing torsion bars and torsion keys are reused. This is not a coilover conversion. Wheels and tires are not included.

Wheels and installation

Manufacturer tire guidelines: 35/12.50R18 on 18x9, 35/12.50R20 on 20x9, or 35/12.50R22 on 22x9 wheels, each with 5.75-inch backspacing and minor trimming. Professional installation and alignment are required. Installation includes safe unloading of the torsion bars with the proper tool, frame and differential modifications, cutting, grinding and drilling, lower-control-arm and shock-mount work, and rear block/axle-pad preparation. Use the exact manufacturer instructions supplied with the kit.
