Fabtech K2183M 4-Inch Basic Lift - 2009-2010 F150 King Ranch 4WD 5.4L Flex Fuel - Rear Stealth Shocks

Fabtech K2183M is a 4-inch Basic suspension lift for a 2009-2010 Ford F150 King Ranch 4WD with the 5.4L Flex Fuel engine. Excludes Standard Cab and Raptor models.

Package contents

• One FTS22155 component box with front and rear crossmembers, driver/passenger sway-bar drop brackets, a skid plate, differential relocation brackets and hardware.
• One FTS22156 Basic component box with two FTS30502 front struts for 2009-2013 applications, driver/passenger FTS30494D and FTS30494P steering knuckles, four FT350U U-bolts, two FTBK22 two-pin 2.25-inch rear lift blocks, FT30504 hardware, the FT30505 subassembly and an FT295 alignment cam half kit.
• The hardware subassembly includes brake-line relocation brackets, bushings and sleeves.
• Two FTS6063 rear Stealth shocks are supplied separately. There are four damper assemblies in total: two front struts and two rear shocks.
• The front struts reuse the factory coil hats, isolators, coil springs and bump stops with the supplied struts and spring seats. New front coil springs are not included.

Application and installation

Use only on the listed 2009-2010 F150 King Ranch 4WD 5.4L Flex Fuel configuration. Does not fit Standard Cab or Raptor models. OEM wheels and tires cannot be used. Do not combine with other lift devices.

Manufacturer wheel guidance: 295/70R18 tires on 18x9 wheels with 5-inch backspacing require trimming. For 35/12.50R18 tires on 18x9 wheels with 5-inch backspacing or 35/12.50R20 tires on 20x9 wheels with 5-inch backspacing, cutting the fender-well sheet metal is required. Additional bumper or valance trimming may be needed. Check clearance on the actual vehicle.

Professional installation and alignment are required. Installation includes cutting the rear control-arm pockets and differential mounting provision, drilling a differential mounting hole, disassembling the factory front spring assemblies with a spring compressor, and servicing the integrated wheel-end vacuum system. Brake lines, ABS wiring, vacuum lines and tire clearances must be checked. Follow the exact manufacturer instructions for installation, re-torque, inspection and maintenance.
