Fabtech K2276DL is an 8-inch 4-Link suspension system for a 2011-2012 Ford F250 Super Duty 4WD with the 6.7L V8 engine, without the factory overload leaf spring configuration.

One FTS22140 component box and one FTS22080BK component box include the driver and passenger upper links, two lower links, driver and passenger frame brackets, track-bar drop bracket and support, pitman arm, bump-stop, sway-bar, brake-line, ABS and steering-stabilizer components with listed hardware.

One FTS22104 rear box includes two FTBK5 5-inch blocks, four FT742U U-bolts, two FT30275 add-a-leaves, two FT30284 leaf-spring spacers, center-pin hardware, FTS419 driveshaft shim kit and rear sway-bar brackets. The factory rear blocks are retained above the new blocks as specified in the kit instructions. This version is for trucks without the factory overload leaf. Vehicles with a factory rear sway bar require the separate FTS92033 16-inch or FTS92034 26-inch link kit as appropriate; confirm the required link length with Fabtech before ordering.

Includes one FTS835236D driver-side and one FTS835236P passenger-side Dirt Logic 4.0 remote-reservoir front coilover package, with the corresponding upper and lower mounts, drill guides, bump-stop extensions and hardware, plus two FTS810052 non-reservoir Dirt Logic 2.25 rear shocks. Four shock assemblies are included: two front coilovers and two rear shocks.

Installation

The factory upper coil buckets are retained. Installation requires cutting and sanding the coil-perch locator tubes, drilling three holes in each upper bucket and fitting the supplied mounts and bump-stop extensions. Some factory bump-stop plates require sanding for coilover clearance. The driver-side ABS module uses the supplied spacers. Rear installation requires leaf-pack disassembly and upper spring-plate drilling; the emergency-brake cable bracket is cut and relocated with the supplied hardware. Brake-line extensions require proper brake-system bleeding. The reviewed tire/wheel combination is 355/65R18 on 18x9.5 wheels with 4.75-inch backspacing and minor trimming. Professional installation, alignment, headlight adjustment and full steering, brake-hose, ABS-wire, reservoir-hose and tire-clearance checks are required.
