Fabtech K2323 is a 3.5-inch ball-joint upper-control-arm lift system for a 2019 Ford Ranger XL 4WD with the 2.3L four-cylinder engine and SuperCrew cab. Fits SuperCrew only.
Package contents
One system includes one FTS22293 component box, one FTS22296 offset intrusion beam kit and two FTS7265 rear Performance twin-tube shocks. Two replacement rear shocks are included; the factory front coilover shocks and coil springs are retained with spacers.
The FTS22293 box includes driver and passenger upper control arms with ball joints, two front strut spacers, two coil-spring spacers, two FTBK15 1.5-inch rear lift blocks, four U-bolts, bushings, sleeves and listed installation hardware. The driver-side factory rear shim plate remains under the new block.
The FTS22296 kit contains two FT30882 front and two FT30884 rear offset intrusion beams, plus hardware: four beams in total, located ahead of and behind the front tires in the front wheel wells.
Installation and clearance
Installation requires a coil-spring compressor and trimming the factory front upper strut studs. The intrusion-beam procedure requires cutting the outer portions of the factory beams, removing and reinstalling their inserted sections, cutting factory welded nuts, drilling mounting holes and trimming the inner fender liners. Read both complete manufacturer instruction sets before installation.
Professional installation, alignment, headlight adjustment and full steering, brake-hose, ABS-wire, suspension and tire-clearance checks are required. Wheel and tire clearance must be verified on the vehicle; additional trimming may be required. Recheck all fasteners after 50 miles and periodically thereafter. Confirm the exact vehicle configuration before ordering.
