Fabtech K2406DL 4-Inch Radius Arm Lift - 2023-2024 F250/F350 4WD 6.7L Diesel - Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir Shocks

Fabtech K2406DL is a 4-inch Radius Arm lift system for 2023-2024 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty 4WD trucks with the 6.7L V8 diesel engine. Single rear wheel models only; excludes gas engines and vehicles equipped with the Ford onboard scale system.

Package contents

One system includes one FTS22207 front coil-spring box, one FTS22374 Radius Arm component box, one FTS22214 rear block-and-U-bolt box, and two FTS810962 front and two FTS810052 rear Dirt Logic 2.25 non-reservoir shocks. Four new shock absorbers are included.

The spring box contains two new FT30648 4-inch front coil springs; the factory upper rubber isolators are retained. The Radius Arm box contains one FT31086 driver radius arm and one FT31087 passenger radius arm, four FT1006 bushings, two FT102 sleeves and an FT292 alignment cam kit. These replace the factory radius arms.

The component box includes one new FT30122 pitman arm with an FT30258 single-use sector-shaft nut, one FT30956 track-bar relocation bracket for the retained factory track bar, the FT3400-112P and FT3400-112D sway-bar drop bracket pair, two FT30653 front bump-stop extensions, two FT30659 front brake-line brackets, one FT31135 rear brake-line bracket, and hardware. The factory steering stabilizer is retained with the FT30672 bracket, FT30686 clevis and FT30604 spacer.

The rear package contains two FTBK41 4-inch blocks and four FT728U U-bolts with hardware. These replace the factory rear blocks; block height does not mean 4 inches of additional rear lift. The factory rubber bump stops are retained with the extensions.

Installation

Installation requires a pitman-arm puller and replacement of the pitman arm using the supplied single-use sector-shaft nut. Follow the manufacturer drag-link procedure. Use the front bump-stop mounting procedure specified for the vehicle: the drilling option includes 1/2-inch cup/mount holes and 1-1/4-inch frame access holes; the alternative uses the specified factory mounting hardware and supplied washers.

Professional installation, alignment, headlight adjustment and full steering, brake-hose, ABS-wire, suspension and tire-clearance checks are required. Oversized tires may require fender or valance trimming. Recheck fasteners after 50 miles and periodically thereafter. Follow the complete manufacturer instructions.
