Fabtech K2409M 4-Inch 4-Link Lift - 2023-2024 F250/F350 4WD 6.7L Diesel - Stealth monotube Shocks

Fabtech K2409M is a 4-inch 4-Link lift system for 2023-2024 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty 4WD trucks with the 6.7L V8 diesel engine. Single rear wheel models only; excludes gas engines and vehicles equipped with the Ford onboard scale system.

Package contents

One system includes one FTS22207 front coil-spring box, one FTS22375 4-link box 1, one FTS22217 4-link box 2, one FTS22214 rear block-and-U-bolt box and two FTS6236 front and two FTS6063 rear Stealth monotube shocks. Four new shock absorbers are included.

Two new FT30648 4-inch front coil springs retain the factory upper rubber isolators. The 2023-onward 4-link package contains two FT31085 lower links and two FT31084 upper links, two FT31083 frame pockets, two FT31080 nut tabs and mounting hardware. These four links replace the factory front radius-arm arrangement.

The component boxes include one new FT30122 pitman arm with an FT30258 single-use sector-shaft nut, one FT30956 track-bar relocation bracket for the retained factory track bar, the FT3400-112P and FT3400-112D sway-bar drop bracket pair, two FT30653 front bump-stop extensions, two FT30659 front brake-line tabs, one FT31135 rear brake-line bracket, FT292 alignment cams, FT147 misalignments and hardware.

The rear package contains two FTBK41 4-inch blocks and four FT728U U-bolts with hardware. These replace the factory rear blocks; block height does not mean 4 inches of additional rear lift.

The factory rubber bump stops are retained with the extensions. The factory steering stabilizer is retained with the FT30672 bracket, FT30686 clevis and FT30604 spacer. Additional steering stabilizers shown in installed-vehicle photos are not included.

Installation

Installation requires drilling the front bump-stop cups/mounts and frame mounts for the new 4-link pockets, including 1/2-inch mounting holes and 1-1/4-inch frame access holes. A pitman-arm puller and replacement of the pitman arm using the supplied single-use sector-shaft nut are required. Follow the manufacturer drag-link installation procedure. Depending on the vehicle, the top of the lower front shock mount may require sanding for Stealth shock-body clearance; follow the specific Stealth clearance procedure.

Professional installation, alignment, headlight adjustment and full steering, brake-hose, ABS-wire, suspension and tire-clearance checks are required. Oversized tires may require fender or valance trimming. Recheck fasteners after 50 miles and periodically thereafter. Follow the complete manufacturer instructions.
